BriBridge Recruiting was created as a small business with the vision of helping military personnel transition to the civilian workforce after honorably completing their military service. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and owner of BriBridge, is a military veteran having served over twenty years in the U.S. Air Force. During his four year tenure as an Air Force recruiter, he built and managed a successful recruitment program that produced over 150 new members.
Out of a Squadron of 72 enlisted accessions recruiters he established the unit’s best public relations program; he was the project officer for the U.S. Air Force Thunderbird demonstration team for two consecutive years. He was a two time silver badge recruiter and he was awarded the “Top Recruiter” award at the group level two years in a row, competing against 350 recruiters.
